Rodger Bruce Borse
November 30, 1942 - July 25, 2019
After struggling with several illnesses, Rodger passed in his home on July 25, 2019.
He is predeceased by his parents Les Borse and Elsie (McLennan) Borse. Rodger is survived by Elda, the mother of his children: Shannon (Grant), Michael, Andrea, David and grandchildren Nicole, Jason and Leyton. He leaves behind his sister Denise, twin brother Brian and siblings Wendy, Gary, Leslie, Chris, Ron.
Rodger grew up and started to raise his family in Winnipeg. Before starting a family, Rodger had adventures with the Royal Canadian Air Force as a radar technician in locations such as the Dew Line, Holburg, BC, Trenton, ON and he also worked in Vietnam at the same time as his childhood friend, Doug Sinclair.
In the 1980s he lived in Alberta and California with his family before returning to Winnipeg in 1986 when his father was very ill.
He always loved going for coffee with his mom and was always willing to help look after the 4-legged friends in his life.
Rodger was loved and will be missed.
