With heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved father Sidney McKay at the age of 70 years.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his three sons Kevin, Conway and Darcy; his daughter Debbie; brothers Harrison (June).  Randy (Jackie), sister-in-law Virginia as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sidney was predeceased by his wife Evelyn. son Terrance, father Tache McKay Sr., mother Clara Traverse, brothers Henry McKay, Tache McKay, Harvey McKay, Vernon McKay, Philip McKay, Stanley Mason, sister Daisy Murdock, sisters-in-law Rose and Agnes and brother-in-law Andrew Murdock.

Sidney will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

A Wake Service is to be held at Kateri Tekakwitha Parish at 548 Home Street from 7:00 – 11:00 pm on Friday October 4, 2019.  The final viewing will be at 3:00 on Saturday October 5 followed b a small reception in the hall at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main Street.
