David Broek

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of David, son, brother, uncle, friend.

He is survived by his siblings Herbert (Sandra), Margaret, Helmut (Peggy) Kelly (Tony), John (Bridget), Rose (Al), Karen (Cory) along with many nieces and nephews, and David’s extended family Trudy, Shaun, and Clayton.

David was predeceased by his parents John and Gisela, his brother Walter, and brother-in-law Paul Duncan.

David was born April 14,1975 in Whitemouth MB and lived there until he was 6 years old. We moved to Anola where he lived until 2008 when he moved into Beausejour MB.

David had many interests including golf, bike riding, recycling, collecting sports cards and WWE Wrestling. David loved his weekly Friday night wrestling gatherings with Shaun, Todd, and John.

David was a special person and will be dearly missed by all who knew him. The family would like to thank the doctors and all the staff at the Selkirk Regional hospital, the Pinefalls hospital and finally at the Transitional Care Unit in Selkirk for their care and compassion in his final weeks.

In honouring David’s wishes no funeral service will be held. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to a charity of your choice.
