Gail Susan Bond Lord, age 66, passed suddenly on July 17, 2021, in Kenora, Ontario.
Gail was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba on February 17, 1955. Much of her life was spent living in Annandale, Virginia. There she raised her 2 children with their father, Ronald Lord, and had a career in pharmaceutical sales. At the time of her death she was retired, a resident of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and spent her summers in Sioux Narrows, Ontario at her family’s cabin on Lake of the Woods.
She enjoyed reading, writing, listening to live music, spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Coal. She was a devoted mother, sister, auntie, Gigi, and friend, and was always up for an adventure. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her kind, witty and warm personality.
She is survived by her children; Ben Lord, Amelia Livengood (David), and Granddaughter, Payton Livengood. As well as her siblings; Cher Bond, Donald Bond (Deborah) and David Bond (Ilona), and her nieces and nephews; Christopher Bond, Stacey Bond, Julie Bond, and Tyler Bond. She is predeceased by her parents, David and Beverley Bond.
Her family will hold a private ceremony celebrating her life at their cabins on Lake of the Woods this Saturday, July 24, 2021.
