Ivan Kampic Obituary
Ivan John Kampic, age 65 passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 18, 2020 at home in Winnipeg MB. He was born July 29, 1954, in Platicevo former Yugoslavia. He came to Canada in February 1965.
Ivan was pre deceased by his parents Marko and Anica Kampic.
He will be forever missed by his loving wife Dyana Kampic (nee Skidmore) of 47 years. His sons Russell (Tracy), James (Liette) and grandchildren Jasmine, Kash and Khloe. His sister Lucija and many family and friends.
Ivan loved life and lived each day to the fullest, he was an avid fisherman especially in the Lac du Bonnet area. He especially loved his cats, they were treated like royalty. Ivan spent 30+ years of his career with JM Schneider, his fondest memories were of the children’s Christmas parties and summer Pig roasts. He most recently was employed with Cambrian Excavators and enjoyed it immensely.
