James (Jim) Robert Hazen

March 26, 1962 – May 2, 2021

Jim was born in Winnipeg, attended Grant Park High School, and graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in computer science. He was a long-time employee of Investors Syndicate and later Wawanesa Life. Jim had a passion for all things related to programming languages and incredible drawing and painting talent. He leaves to mourn his older brother, Gene, sister-in-law Andrea, cousin Deanna, Aunt Sonia, and numerous friends and co-workers.

Due to circumstances related to COVID-19, a private service will be celebrated at the Korban Funeral Chapel, Father Bohdan Lukie presiding. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery where Jim will be laid to rest next to his loving parents Rose and Eugene Senior. There will be a live stream funeral on Thursday, May 13, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. through Facebook at www.korbanchapel.com.
