It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Julia E. Flamand. Mom, passed away peacefully on December 15th at the St. Boniface hospital.  Mom was born in Pine Creek First Nation on September 3, 1937 and attended the Pine Creek Residential School.
