It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our son Justin Kyle Hayes on Sunday, August 1, 2021.
Justin was born in Thompson Manitoba on June 25, 1988, and attended Juniper school and graduated from RD Parker in 2006. In 2007 Justin moved to Winnipeg to begin his dream of becoming an Autobody Tech. Justin did reach this goal and obtained his Red Seal Autobody in 2015 from Red River College and was currently working at Brothers Auto body.
Left to mourn are Justin’s mom & dad; Leeann & Gil, brothers; Jeramy (Corrina), Jared (Simone) grandparents; Willie & Denise Sawchuk, uncles; Kim (Sandy) Hayes, Darryl Allarie, Aunt Jodie (Jordan) Brown, niece Selena Hayes, cousin’s; Candace (Marcel)Mercredi, Rhiannon Hayes, Keira Brown, and second cousins McKayla & Cassidy Mercredi. Plus, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends who stood by him.
Justin was predeceased by his maternal grandfather Edward Allarie, paternal grandparents Richard & Rosalind Hayes, Uncle Derrick Allarie, other family members and friends, and his best friend in the world, his dog Cheddar.
Justin had a heart of gold and loved to make people laugh, he was the most selfless young man and would gladly help anyone who needed him. Justin loved the Pittsburgh Steelers and was a true fan spending Sundays with his dad cheering on his team.
Growing up in Thompson, Justin loved sledding, fishing, and camping and was intrigued with cars, and was looking forward to getting a BMW 3 series someday.
He loved his family immensely and the void that will be left will last forever
Fly free, my boy. You are and always be our inspiration, our champ, our Justin time. Love you forever my baby you’ll be, it’s not goodbye, it’s chow for now.
Cremation has taken place and a service celebrating the life of a great person will be held on Saturday, August 14th at 11:00 AM at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main St, Winnipeg MB.
Fellowship and sharing good memories following the service at Kildonan Park, 215 Main Street Winnipeg.
