Katherine Horner
1936 – 2023
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Katherine Horner in Winnipeg, MB on May 25, 2023, at the age of 87.
She will be sadly missed by her loving husband Melvin, her children, Wayne (Dianna), and Debbie Kowal, her grandchildren Vanessa, Nick, Colin & Brendan (Lindsay) and her great-grandchildren Kinsley and Makenna.
Katherine was a kind caring person with a big heart, who was adored by friends and family. She was a great hostess who loved to cook. She was very active in her church and was an avid sports fan.
A memorial service will be held on June 3, 2023, at 11:00 AM at Kildonan Community Church, 2373 Main St.
