Marc Nathaniel Glen Courchene Obituary

Marc Nathaniel Glen Courchene Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marc Nathaniel Courchene at the age of 64 on August 23, 2025, at Concordia Hospital, where Marc lost his battle with brain cancer, surrounded by his loved ones.

Marc was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and had many different career paths in life.

He loved fishing, driving, watching baseball and playing softball as well as bike riding, and Marc sure loved his Star Trek.

Marc was a very giving person and loved to help people.  I’m sure anyone who knew him would say the same.  Marc was a great, loyal friend to many and was a loving brother, uncle and friend.

Marc leaves behind sister Mary, brother in law Chuck, brother Dean, sister in law Michelle, nieces and nephews Jonathon, Jason, Chantele, Leslie, great nephew Hudson, first cousin Linda, and many cousins, as well as many good friends.

He will be greatly missed by many and taken from us to early

Marc was predeceased by his mother, Joan Couchene and Grandparents Martha Fontaine, William, Bill Courchene and his many Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

A celebration of life will be held at Korban Funeral Chapel, Saturday, September 13th, at 2:00 p.m. with a reception to follow.
