Margaret Marie Giesbrecht

In the wee hours of Wednesday morning, August 13, 2025, Margaret slipped from her hospital bed at her home into the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.  We are so sorry to see you go, but we know you longed for your heavenly home and a new body.

The family would like to thank Ralph, her long-time dear friend and caregiver, who watched over Margaret's care with an eagle eye.

As well, we thank her home caregiver, whom she loved and prayed for.

Also, the wonderful young men and women of the Winnipeg Police Department, EMS and the Medical Examiners' Office.

Margaret is survived by Ralph, sister Dorothy (Dennis – predeceased), brother Arne (Sonia), many nieces and nephews, as well as her faithful friends.

The service for Margaret will take place on August 21st, 7 p.m. at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main Street, Winnipeg, MB.
