TYLER OSCAR JASON MCKAY

December 4, 2000 - July 24, 2021

It is with aching hearts that we announce the passing of our Ty Ty in Winnipeg, Manitoba at the age of 20 years.

Tyler was born on December 4th, 2000 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. He is survived by his Mom Bernice McKay; Brothers Cory McKay & Lyndon Tetu; Sisters Melissa (James), Olivia, Savannah and Baylee McKay; Nieces Peyton & Peyslie McKay; Nephew James McKay; Aunties Tammy (Melvin) & Darlene McKay; Cousins Thomas (Shayna), Stephanie Nepinak, Kristy McKay, Kayleen McKay, Tommy McKay, Hayden McKay, Shayla McKay, Girlfriend Chay Champagne-Valentim; Fur babies Pooter & Charlie.

Tyler was predeceased by his Papa Oscar McKay; Koko Olive McKay; Cousins Marsha McKay and Shawn Nepinak; Godparents Lena and Howard Ferland.

Pallbearers will be Lyndon Tetu, Thomas McKay, Tommy McKay, Hayden McKay, James Starr, Jon Librea, Darian Genaille, Riley Flett. Honorary Pallbearers Cory McKay and all of Tyler’s friends & family.

Viewing will be held at 6pm on Thursday August 5, 2021 at Korban Funeral Chapel 907 Main Street. Wake will be held at 4pm on Friday August 6, 2021 at Duck Bay community hall, in Duck Bay, Manitoba. Funeral Mass will be held on August 7, 2021 at 11 am at Duck Bay, St. Thomas Aquinas Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Duck Bay Cemetery.
