November 12, 1921 – December 10, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Florence Preteau (Clément). She will be greatly missed by her children; Anne-Marie, Ida (Luc), Gilles (Darlene), Edith (Johnny), Lucien (Sylvia, Lina (Marcel), Jos (Ida), Ulysse (Bev), Lorraine (Ben), Irene (Gilbert) Emilie (Marcien), Emile, Michel (Monica), Raymond, 46 grandchildren, 90 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren as well as her 2 brothers, her sister and 2 sisters-in-law.

She was predeceased by her husband Onésime in 1966 and her parents Délia and Willie Clément.

Mom will be remembered for her great faith, compassion and love of her family. No matter how busy she was, you were always welcome for a visit and a meal (Comptez pas les tours!) Mom spent countless hours volunteering and whenever there was a fundraiser, you could count on mom. She loved it.

We wish to thank the Chalet Malouin and the hospital staff for the compassion and care that she received.

Mom, you were always our inspiration, our model. We will love you always and have you forever in our hearts.

Funeral Service will be held on December 14, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Paroisse St. Malo, with Fr. Dominic LaFleur officiating. A power point presentation at 1:30 will preceed the service.
