Mary Wladyka Obituary

Mary Anne Wladyka

Mary passed away peacefully on July 20, 2020 at Riverview Health Centre with her brother Jack by her side after a year-long battle with cancer.

Mary was born on December 9, 1946.

Mary was very proud to be a highly respected member in her profession as a CPA for over 50 years.

Mary was very active in serving her community.  Mary volunteered on many boards offering her time and expertise freely.

Mary had many talents including reading, sewing, embroidery and gardening, taking great pride in her yard which was featured in a number of magazines and calendars.

Mary was a huge animal lover, especially for all of her special puppies over the years, Travis, Mozart, Harley, Ellie and Brady.

Mary was a huge supporter of both local and national charities.

Thank you to all the health care professionals who cared for Mary throughout the past year at various organizations including Health Science Centre, Women's Hospital,

Cancer Care and Riverview Health Centre.

Although Mary was a very quiet and private person, she regretted that COVID-19 prevented her from personally thanking all of the extended family, associates, clients and friends for being such an important part of her life.

If you would like to make a donation in memory of Mary, please donate to Manitoba Cancer Care or Before the Bridge Senior K9 Rescue.

God Bless, be safe and continue to care for one another.
