Peter Storoschuk

The family would like to announce the passing of Peter Storoschuk, suddenly at his home on July 18, 2021, at the age of 88 years old.  He is predeceased by his parents Wasyl and Michaelina, his brother Walter and sister in law Katherine.   He is survived by his brother Michael and his children Greg (Sandra) and Karen (Darren) and Walter’s wife, Elizabeth and children David (Linda), Richard (Jennifer) and Joanne (Lonny) and numerous grand nieces and nephews.

Peter enjoyed fishing, traveling including trips to Ukraine and Mexico.  He loved chatting and spending time with friends and family.  His pursuits include careers in teaching, social work along with a particular passion for supporting the elderly and less fortunate. 

The family would like to thank the neighbors of Harbison Ave for their support and caring, over the years and especially in his final few weeks. 

A private service will take place on July 29, 2021 and interment to follow at Holy Trinity Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery in Stuartburn, Manitoba.
